I don’t offer refunds, but if there’s an issue with your item — or if it doesn’t fit quite right — I’m happy to exchange it for a new one!
What Does 3D Printed DIY Kit" Mean?
The "3D Printed DIY Kit" version includes the raw, unfinished 3D print of your chosen mask — perfect for those who want to sand, paint, and customize it themselves.
What does "Resin Printed DIY Kit" mean?
The "Resin 3D Printed" mask comes in its raw form, made with a high-detail resin 3D printer rather than a standard plastic printer. This produces a smoother finish that requires minimal sanding before painting.
What does "Fully Completed" mean?
The "Fully Completed" option means your mask is completely finished — printed, sanded, painted, and assembled by hand — and ready to wear right out of the box.
How Long does it take to get my order?
Every mask is handmade to order — once you place your order, I’ll get started on it! Since it’s just me crafting each piece, shipping may take a little longer when there’s high demand. If I ever get too backed up, I’ll mark popular items as sold out until I’m caught up. If you do need your order by a specific date please let me know and ill try my best to get it to you by then!
What are the defualt sizes of the mask?
All masks are made to a default size based on my head circumference of 23.5 inches, which fits most people. If you require a custom size, please contact me either before or after placing your order.
Can I make Custom Request?
Yes you can make custom request for mask or props you would like just please message me on instgram or tiktok @izacprints and let me know what you would like! You may also press the contact button on the website and let me know from there aswell!
