Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we’re happy to help.

  • You must submit a request within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue

If the damage or defect is minor and repairable, we would love to help by guiding you step by step on how to fix it. If the item is significantly damaged, once approved, we will provide a replacement.

Store Credit Returns

We offer a 30-day store credit return option.

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit only

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless otherwise approved

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase

Shipping Costs for Repairs & Replacements

If an item needs to be returned to us for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer once the request is approved.

Lost, Stolen, or Broken Items

If your item is lost, stolen, or broken, please reach out to us. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we are more than happy to help and may offer a significant discount if you’d like to purchase a replacement.
